The Manager leads financial, human resources, labour relations, and administrative functions within a high-profile customer service environment. This position oversees operating and capital budgets, financial controls, workforce planning, payroll, procurement, contracts, and service level agreements. The Manager provides strategic advice, performance analysis, and organizational change support to senior management and corporate partners. Key Responsibilities:
Develop divisional budgets, policies, plans, and performance measures Monitor financial activities, controls, reconciliations, forecasts, and variances Manage staffing, payroll, labour relations, training, and succession planning Lead strategic planning, research, projects, and organizational change initiatives Administer contracts, service agreements, procurement, and business support operations Requirements:
Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline Extensive financial management experience in public sector or complex organizations Experience managing human resources, labour relations, payroll, and workforce planning Experience leading teams, strategic plans, policies, and organizational improvements Knowledge of municipal legislation, procurement, governance, and corporate financial systems Bring financial leadership, workforce planning, strategic analysis, and business services expertise to the City of Toronto’s Customer Experience Division.
