Strategic HR consulting and employee relations define this permanent full-time Human Resources Business Partner role with the City of Saskatoon.
You will support business objectives through workforce guidance, talent management, organizational development, and change management. The position partners with leaders and HR teams to strengthen engagement, relationships, and people programs across assigned client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess staffing, organization design, performance, and employee relations needs
- Recommend HR solutions, processes, and tools for business priorities
- Diagnose organizational challenges and implement action plans
- Support collective agreement interpretation, grievances, and labour relations
- Drive HR strategies aligned with assigned client group goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Seven to nine years of progressive relevant HR experience
- Experience in highly unionized environments and CBA contracts
- Strong consulting, influencing, partnering, and interpersonal skills
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
