Serve Saskatoon residents through utility billing and property tax enquiries as a Customer Service Representative in the Corporate Revenue department.
Under CSR Supervisor supervision, this position processes utility service requests and responds to customer concerns. Duties cover property taxes, parking tickets, permits, business licences, and related bylaws. The role requires accurate transaction processing, effective communication, and policy-based research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process utility applications, transfers, and disconnection requests
- Address property tax enquiries, calculations, liens, and certificates
- Resolve utility billing and parking ticket complaints
- Process business licence and parking permit applications
- Respond to Traffic, Animal Control, and Noise Bylaw enquiries
Requirements:
- Business college or one-year post-secondary business program graduation
- Typing speed of 45 or more words per minute
- Four years of progressively responsible customer service experience
- Knowledge of office systems, accounting, English, and arithmetic
- Current Criminal Record Check upon employment offer
