Coordinate civil infrastructure projects for the City of North Vancouver, reviewing engineering drawings and supporting development delivery. This temporary full-time role lasts approximately eight months.
As Project Coordinator in Development Services, you will support infrastructure projects from Planning through construction and close-out. The work involves civil engineering drawings, stormwater management plans, technical studies, and municipal servicing standards. You will coordinate disciplines, stakeholders, and project deliverables across development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities across disciplines and engage subject matter experts
- Review civil drawings, stormwater plans, and technical studies
- Administer project-specific legal agreements and permit requirements
- Conduct site visits and prepare project status reports
- Coordinate utility servicing and resolve infrastructure issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related discipline
- Experience in municipal engineering, infrastructure planning, or project delivery
- Understanding of subdivision processes and municipal servicing standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical reports
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
