Key responsibilities include executing the Municipal Development Plan, reviewing planning applications, and fostering important relationships with regional partners and school boards. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Municipal Development Plan strategically
- Review various planning applications for compliance
- Foster relationships with regional partners and school boards
- Prepare reports for the Subdivision and Development Appeals Board
- Conduct data analysis for land use planning decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Planning or related field
- Minimum five years' planning experience
- Registered Professional Planner (RPP)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
