The City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking a strategic leader to join Community Services as Manager, Capital Planning and Delivery. Based in Lindsay, you will lead planning and delivery of capital infrastructure including civic facilities, parks and recreation spaces, turning plans into results.
You will oversee prioritization, lifecycle planning, sustainability initiatives and provide guidance from design through procurement to completion, building partnerships with departments and consultants.
