Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
- Three to five years supervising staff and leading initiatives
- Significant workforce planning and talent acquisition experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- CHRP or CHRL designation considered an asset
