Markets data risk leadership at Citi demands advanced SQL, Python, and governance expertise across complex financial processes and controls. This full-time position focuses on improving Markets data risk management. The Senior Lead Analyst supports the Markets Data Risk Execution team within In-Business Risk. The work spans data quality issue management, governance, and analytics for First- and Second-Line functions. It covers controls and standards across Markets, including SA-CCR, FRTB Standardized Approach, and CVA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data quality issues and support governance forums
- Triage issues, prioritize business needs, and guide partners
- Implement controls, monitor metrics, and reduce inherent risks
- Build reporting and remediation frameworks for data quality
- Coordinate stakeholders to resolve findings and control issues
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Markets data analytics experience in banking
- Knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and valuation methodologies
- Advanced SQL, Tableau, Python, and Jupyter skills
- Experience with governance, lineage, glossary, and DQ tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
