As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will provide technical and business support for Citi applications. You will resolve application issues, maintain operating environments, and improve stability, efficiency, and effectiveness. The position also involves Foreign Exchange support, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production applications and operating environments
- Perform start of day checks and continuous monitoring
