Build consistent end-to-end global talent process frameworks Manage succession planning for top senior executives Curate talent analytics and identify global workforce trends Present succession readiness and talent outcomes to the Board Track retention, mobility, bench strength, and program effectiveness Requirements:
15+ years in Talent Management or HR Advisory 8+ years of managerial experience Exceptional executive narrative and strategic storytelling skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Shape Citi’s global leadership pipeline through succession planning, talent analytics, executive communication, and strong governance.
