Responsibilities include
- Assisting laboratory specialists in their respective disciplines or sectors,
- Collaborating closely with other assistants and the department head,
- Participating in quality management system implementation and continuous improvement of SBM,
- Monitoring quality indicators,
- Compiling and delivering statistics and reports,
- Providing recommendations related to your responsibilities,
- Managing human resources in collaboration with your manager or department head (work schedules, attendance validation, supervision),
- Managing technical and material resources.

- DEC in biomedical analysis technique from a recognized institution,
- Member of the Ordre professionnel des technologistes médicaux du Québec (OPTMQ),
Other requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years laboratory experience.
