As Canada’s Strategy and Planning Leader, you connect the Solutions Engineering community with sales, marketing, product, and global engineering priorities. You will create operational strategies, assess pre-sales effectiveness, and use performance data to guide improvement. The position also supports mentorship, training, recognition, and technical capability development. Key Responsibilities:

More than five years of relevant strategy, operations, program management, or pre-sales experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field Demonstrated Salesforce and data analysis proficiency Experience monitoring performance in large organizations Strong critical thinking and change management experience preferred Bring strategic planning, performance monitoring, Salesforce, and mentorship experience to Canada’s Solutions Engineering organization.
