You will assess intake, analyze workflows, define requirements, and prepare teams for solution delivery. The work connects business teams with COE, IT, and ePMO partners. Key Responsibilities:
Assess AI and automation requests through implementation Map workflows, decision points, data flows, and hand-offs Define future-state processes and accountabilities Translate business needs into requirements and user stories Track benefits, implementation status, and post-implementation metrics Requirements:
Minimum five years of relevant business process experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience supporting AI, automation, workflow, or data initiatives Strong process documentation and root-cause analysis abilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-engagement skills Apply process engineering, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to advance CIRO’s AI and automation transformation work across Canada.
