In this full-time, temporary role, you will report to the Manager of Retail Systems and leverage your operational knowledge to manage enhancement requests. You will collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements, testing, and documentation. Your strong analytic abilities will be essential in providing user support and training, ensuring seamless implementations for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development, testing, and documentation of system requirements
- Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business needs
- Provide user support, including training and troubleshooting
- Draft comprehensive risk assessments for enhancement projects
- Ensure QA & UAT processes are documented effectively
Requirements:
- College diploma or degree in computer science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail systems
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
