As Team Lead, Technical Solutions and Support, you will guide frontline operations for Circle’s cardiovascular imaging products. Your work includes remote troubleshooting, ticket prioritization, workforce planning, and escalation coordination. You will remain an active contributor while supporting Customer Support team members and communicating with customers. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve or escalate complex technical and customer situations Provide remote support and manage individual ticket backlogs Coach specialists on troubleshooting, communication, and procedures Monitor queues, workload distribution, and support coverage Coordinate Tier 2 escalations with engineering and product teams Requirements:
Five to eight years in technical support or related functions Leadership, collaboration, and customer communication skills Understanding of LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and firewalls Experience with ticket systems, queues, workflows, and dashboards Computer Science degree or equivalent real-world experience Bring technical troubleshooting, escalation leadership, and ticket operations expertise to Circle’s Calgary-based cardiovascular imaging support team.
