Lead technical support at Circle Cardiovascular Imaging in Calgary, combining frontline coaching with hands-on ticket queue management. Support Circle products directly. This Team Lead, Technical Solutions and Support role provides day-to-day guidance, escalation support, and technical assistance. You will resolve customer situations, coach specialists, monitor workloads, and coordinate Tier 2 escalations. The position supports Circle’s cardiovascular imaging software and related technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve or escalate complex technical and customer situations
- Provide remote support and manage individual ticket backlogs
- Coach specialists on troubleshooting and customer communication
- Monitor queues, workloads, coverage, and resource planning
- Coordinate Tier 2 escalations with engineering and product teams
Requirements:
- Five to eight years in technical support or related functions
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others
- Understanding of networking, switching, routing, and firewalls
- Experience with medical software, DICOM, PACS, or HL7
- Computer Science degree or equivalent real-world experience
