Lead operational technology consulting for CIMA+ across Ontario, applying systems integration and digital solutions expertise to infrastructure and transit operations. As a Senior Consultant, you will advise clients on complex operational and information technology systems. Your work will connect architecture, software, APIs, middleware, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity. You will help shape CIMA+’s Operational and Digital Technology practice in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on planning, modernization, integration, and implementation initiatives
- Assess architectures, processes, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and solution concepts
- Present recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Build relationships and support Ontario practice development
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
- Approximately 10 or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with complex, operational, or mission-critical systems environments
- Client experience in consulting, advisory, engineering, or project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bring broad systems expertise, client advisory strength, and operational technology knowledge to CIMA+’s Ontario practice.
