Vous dirigerez une équipe d’environ trente ingénieurs et techniciens répartis entre nos bureaux au Québec et en Ontario, sur des projets structuraux complexes de l’hydroélectricité. Vous coordonnerez les études, l’ingénierie et l’exécution, garantissant qualité, respect des échéances et budgets tout en soutenant la croissance de l’expertise et le développement des talents, dans un cadre agile.
