Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project meetings to address estimation needs
- Develop estimates according to UNIFORMAT II format
- Analyze project plans to extract quantities
- Evaluate costs including labor, materials, equipment
- Obtain supplier pricing and assess cost variances
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or architecture
- Minimum seven years of estimating experience
- Knowledge of estimation software and 3D models
- Bilingual in French and English
- Membership in estimating associations (asset)
