Shape commercial, institutional, educational, and healthcare projects with CIMA+ as an Electrical Engineer-in-Training based in Edmonton.
This hybrid position supports the Buildings team through electrical design, drafting, and modelling. Working under a senior engineer, you will contribute to projects spanning planning, design, and construction. Your work will address lighting controls, power distribution, security, fire alarm, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model lighting controls and electrical building systems
- Develop designs for security and fire alarm systems
- Work with engineers to incorporate design requirements
- Coordinate work across building disciplines
- Document existing conditions and construction progress onsite
