You will connect client needs with external market practices, interpret business information, and help develop human resource solutions. The work includes executive, workforce, and sales compensation, job evaluation, performance management, and pay equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Combine internal needs with external rewards practices

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of advanced Excel formulas
- Demonstrated data analysis and presentation design experience
