The Director of Facilities and Capital Infrastructure is a permanent full-time senior management position reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer. This leader directs corporate asset management, lease administration, facilities operations, infrastructure renewal, and capital project delivery. The position provides strategic advice to the CAO and Council on County assets and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and implementation of the County Asset Management Plan Plan facility, infrastructure, and capital asset requirements collaboratively Prepare reports for Committee and Council Administer maintenance and building operations for corporate facilities Oversee leases, occupancy, and trail network planning Requirements:
Related university degree or equivalent leadership experience Ten years facilities operations and construction project management experience Five years managing financial and infrastructure assets Five years supervisory experience Valid G licence and reliable transportation Bring asset management, facilities operations, capital planning, and municipal leadership expertise to Hastings County’s senior management team.
