This Inside Sales Representative role supports assigned territories and increases sales productivity. You will identify prospects, reactivate dormant accounts, handle inquiries, and assist with quotations. The position also requires customer communication, account qualification, and internal coordination throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and qualify leads through designated market outreach
- Deliver leads to Outside Sales Representatives and close directly
- Reactivate dormant accounts and develop new-business plans
- Handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer assistance requests
- Coordinate internally and prepare timely activity reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- One to two years of business-to-business inside sales experience
- Demonstrated success with cold calling and dormant accounts
- Outstanding listening, communication, and customer-focused abilities
- Software literacy and analytical reporting capabilities
