Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to inbound pharmacy communications
- Handle prescription transfers, refills, payments, and shipment tracking
- Follow up with pharmacy providers and prescribers
- Create and maintain patient medication profiles
- Escalate complex situations when necessary
Requirements:
- Two years of relatable experience, preferably in pharmacy
- Proficiency with Kroll software
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
