As Partner Delivery Project Manager, you will manage initiatives spanning supply chain infrastructure, fulfillment delivery, and integrated systems. You will partner with IT service owners, Network, End User Support, Supply Chain, vendors, and external partners. The work combines project governance, delivery controls, operational readiness, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and transition partner delivery initiatives Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and decisions Coordinate cross-functional teams and operational handoffs Deliver technology initiatives against quality and readiness standards Drive AI use cases, adoption, measurement, and process enhancement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Experience leading complex technology or partner-delivery initiatives Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methods Strong executive communication and analytical problem-solving skills Experience troubleshooting endpoints, connectivity, applications, and access issues Apply project governance, partner coordination, and AI enablement expertise to improve Ciena’s delivery operations and partner experience.
