In this role, you will be essential in designing and developing educational content for Velotic's channel partners and customers. Working under the Curriculum Leader, you will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and services teams. This position requires expertise in project planning and content development to ensure effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select modalities for training (eLearning, video, instructor-led)
- Define learning objectives and outcomes
- Coordinate with subject matter experts
- Create instructional assets and guides
- Manage curriculum lifecycle and gather learner feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent written English skills
- Proficient in software documentation development
- Familiar with industrial automation or manufacturing software
