Drive performance reporting and scorecard governance as a Senior Business Effectiveness Consultant with CIBC's Mobile Advice team, working remotely with occasional onsite attendance.
You will support a key client-facing channel through reporting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive communication. The role partners with business and technology teams on requirements, change initiatives, and adoption. You will also improve processes, tools, methods, and standards while aligning work with applicable policies, controls, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver reporting for business management and senior leadership decisions
- Develop, govern, calibrate, and enhance performance scorecards
- Support forecasting, targets, commissions, and channel performance analysis
- Prioritize requirements with business and technology partners
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and insights
Requirements:
- Advanced reporting and performance analysis experience
- Scorecard management, forecasting, and target-setting experience
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation experience
- Degree or diploma in business, finance, analytics, economics, or related field
- Critical thinking and ability to interpret complex information
