As Director, Workplace Strategy, you’ll translate CIBC’s Global Workplace Experience Strategy across enterprise and flagship environments. You’ll advise leaders, develop workplace standards, and align transformation with business priorities and future workforce needs. Research, data, and team member feedback will guide practical recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
