Lead video production and branded content at CIBC through creative direction, storytelling, and production quality in a hybrid work arrangement. As Creative Director, Media Centre, you will guide in-house corporate and social video campaigns across the enterprise. You will partner with clients, communication leads, producers, editors, videographers, animators, and production partners. Your work will align content with business goals, brand standards, and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development from concept through final video delivery
- Direct storytelling, visual approach, filming, lighting, and styling
- Build trusted client partnerships and translate business priorities
- Coach producers and encourage collaboration, accountability, and quality
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and production risks
Requirements:
- Eight to ten years in film, video, marketing, or broadcasting
- Experience in video production, agency, creative direction, and content development
- Knowledge of the full production lifecycle and corporate brand content
- Experience coaching employees and developing strategic team goals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
