This Business Advisor role serves clients through phone and video conferencing from a remote work environment, with occasional onsite attendance as required.
As part of CIBC's Business Client Advice Centre, you will address immediate and long-term business needs while supporting client loyalty. You will assess cash management, lending, deposits, and GIC products, prepare credit analysis, and connect clients with Relationship Managers or Imperial Service partners. French and English fluency supports operations outside Quebec.
