Support estate settlements at CI Investment Services Inc. through accurate financial transaction processing and detailed documentation review. Work onsite four days weekly.
As an Associate, Estate, you will manage administration and processing activities for estate settlements. The work includes reviewing information, coordinating documentation, processing transactions, and answering advisor inquiries within established service levels. You will also support operational developments and collaborate with internal business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash and securities movements on deceased client accounts
- Complete incoming and outgoing EFTs and wires
- Verify documentation and authorization before processing requests
- Manage Estate mailbox and CRM requests within established SLAs
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or job-related experience
- One to five years' financial services experience preferred
- Administrative or operations environment experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
