The Financial Operations Fee Processing Associate supports daily financial processing focused on fees and associated charges. You will manage fee transactions, payment reconciliations, fee structures, and inquiries. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, Client Experience groups, vendors, and Information Technology to resolve transactions accurately and within service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client fees, service charges, adjustments, and accrued fees
- Assist monthly fee runs with Information Technology collaboration
- Reconcile daily, bi-weekly, and monthly fee transactions
- Maintain fee schedules and structures in financial systems
- Investigate inquiries, discrepancies, disputes, and system-related issues
Requirements:
- One to three years in financial operations or fee processing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail with complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools
- Familiarity with PureFacts or PureFees is an asset
