We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our talented Product team in the Wealth Technology group at CI Wealth. In this role you will partner with the business and IT to implement solutions and processes to achieve our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, BSAs, developers, and technical teams to identify, document, and manage business requirements and specifications.
- Ensure business requirements are complete, correct, consistent, concise, and achievable, securing sign-off from business owners.
- Proactively investigate, understand, and articulate business issues, processes, and opportunities, recommending viable solutions.
- Document new requirements as user stories in JIRA and maintain project documentation in alignment with the JIRA framework.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
