As Marketing Coordinator, you will partner with Canadian marketing, sales, and trade teams while supporting Ascensia's broader marketing organization. You will coordinate marketing operations, administrative processes, partnerships, and special projects. The work spans retail, healthcare professional, and direct-to-consumer channels, helping execute plans and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing programs across retail, HCP, and direct-to-consumer channels
- Coordinate meetings, conference booths, shipping, samples, and literature distribution
- Create, adapt, and coordinate literature for field sales teams
- Manage purchase orders, vendors, invoices, onboarding, and payment confirmations
- Track budgets, accruals, reconciliations, expenses, and finance fees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related discipline
- Minimum two years' marketing administration experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Proficiency in French is highly preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines directly
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and pressure management
