The Service Leader ensures safe, high-quality food is prepared and served at Chipotle. This role supports customer service, food safety, crew development, and restaurant organization. Responsibilities include monitoring line standards, resolving incidents, coordinating breaks and shifts, and assisting with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food reaches customers
- Monitor hand washing, glove changes, temperatures, and shelf lives
- Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
- Maintain supplies, equipment, cash handling, and paperwork
Requirements:
- High school diploma and restaurant experience
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Ability to understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
- Availability four days weekly, including two weekends, and 32 hours
