Lead restaurant service at Chipotle by protecting food quality, food safety, and positive customer experiences while supporting front-of-house Crew. Service Leaders work on their feet during shifts, except breaks.
The Service Leader maintains safe, high-quality food preparation and service while helping train restaurant Crew. This position supports customer service, line organization, equipment function, scheduling, and daily restaurant administration. You will also help develop future Service Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food reaches customers
- Monitor hand washing, glove changes, time, and temperatures
- Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
- Support breaks, schedules, cash handling, and paperwork
Requirements:
- High school diploma and restaurant experience
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Experience with cash handling policies and procedures
- At least four days of open availability weekly
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours weekly
