As a Food Service Attendant, you will prepare food items and formula feeds, assemble patient trays, and deliver them to patient areas. You may also work in CHEO retail locations, including Mr Sub, Pizza Pizza, and Starbucks. The position supports catering, cashiering, dishwashing, and sanitary work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle food according to department regulations
- Prepare formula feeds and assemble patient trays
- Deliver and collect trays from patient areas
- Set up catering functions and operate dish machines
- Work in Mr Sub, Pizza Pizza, and Starbucks locations
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma and six months food service experience
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Excellent communication and public-facing service skills
- Initiative, prioritization, flexibility, and minimal supervision ability
- Physical strength and Criminal Record Check required
