Children's Village of Ottawa-Carleton seeks an Inclusion Pedagogist to strengthen inclusive practices within licensed child care and support children with special needs. You will collaborate with educators, supervisors, families, and SNR partners to co-develop PDPs and ISPs, guiding their implementation and real-time application.
The role requires 5+ years in early learning with inclusion focus, trauma-informed and equity-based approaches, and strong coaching skills.
