This senior technology leader partners with Canada Division stakeholders, the Digital Transformation & Technology team, and vendors. The position shapes a multi-year roadmap, translates business needs into techno-functional requirements, and guides core restaurant systems, payments, networks, and digital capabilities. It also supports the transition to a new technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Canada's technology portfolio and roadmap
- Design solutions addressing regional business requirements
- Coordinate technology implementation for restaurant grand openings
- Define and improve IT service levels and support operations
- Advocate Canada-specific needs across global technology standards
Requirements:
- Ten years of experience required
- Technology service delivery experience
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and programs
- Experience leading technology functions and teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
