Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Room Manager to lead the Toddler room, model best practices, and coach Apprentice and Qualified Early Years Educators to deliver a robust curriculum. You will balance children, parents, your team and the business every day while maintaining high standards and a strong Key Person system.
You will also take on a designated role within the nursery, ensuring smooth transitions and exemplary care, while actively communicating with families and safeguarding Cherubs
