As a Member Service Representative, you will process financial and non-financial transactions under direct supervision. You will serve as a primary member contact while building relationships that improve financial health. Sales, service, communication, and listening skills support each interaction and request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process varied financial and non-financial member transactions accurately
- Provide sales and service expertise about products
- Answer telephone inquiries from members
- Provide access to safety deposit boxes
- Complete timely end-of-day processing and balancing
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis
- One year of post-secondary education
- Up to one year sales and service experience
- Forty words-per-minute keyboarding and Windows proficiency
- Clear communication, listening, and multitasking skills
