As an Assisted Living Manager, you will guide care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will supervise, schedule, train, and coach care staff while supporting empathy, safety, and well-being. The position includes clinical documentation, medication practices, family communication, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Address resident and family inquiries as primary contact

Requirements:
- Minimum two years' clinical healthcare experience

- Knowledge of Retirement Homes Act and Nursing Act
- CPR, First Aid, driver's license, vehicle, and required checks
