Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial results and achieve store sales plans

- Deliver training, artistry, and product education
- Maintain counters, inventory, merchandising, and technology
Requirements:
- Two-plus years of beauty industry experience
- Two-plus years of beauty retail management
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Sales strategy and winning team development experience
