This Customer Account Manager role develops existing aerospace accounts and identifies additional business opportunities. You will manage customer relationships, orders, quotations, forecasts, and service requests. The position supports revenue growth and customer satisfaction through CRM systems, supply chain coordination, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow assigned aerospace accounts through communication and customer visits
- Manage orders from quotation and entry through delivery
- Coordinate shortages and delivery issues with internal teams
- Analyze consumption, purchasing trends, and part performance
- Support forecasting, reporting, and sales performance initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales
- Background in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or industrial distribution
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- CRM experience and strong customer communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
