Eight or more years of backend software engineering experience Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree Experience operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems Expertise in Python, Go, Java, or C++ Applied machine learning experience addressing integrity, trust, or safety Apply backend engineering, distributed systems, and machine learning expertise to strengthen Character.AI safety platforms.
