NGA Construction is looking for two steel assemblers to complete its construction team and participate in the realization of our steel structure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform the assembly and erection of steel structures;
- Position, align, bolt, and adjust various structural components;
- Read and interpret assembly plans;
- Work at heights and use the necessary equipment for assembly;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure work efficiency;
- Strictly apply work methods and health and safety rules.
What Characterizes the Position at NGA:
- Projects designed, manufactured, and assembled by the NGA team;
- Sites mainly located within a radius of about 2 hours from Drummondville;
- Occasional travel outside the region, notably to Abitibi-Témiscamingue (1-2 times per year);
- Assembly team of about 5 to 6 people;
- Year-round work on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects;
