Channel Impact is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing automation professional with a passion for marketing and demand generation. You’ll have a data-driven mindset, an orientation toward process and excellent execution skills. This salaried position includes benefits and is a remote worker role for candidates located in Canada.

What you'll be doing:

• Executing marketing campaigns via email, forms and/or landing pages
• Supporting list uploads and creating segmentations based on filter criteria
• Managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation
• Setting up invites and registration pages for marketing programs
• Setting up custom objects and embedding in the email via Field Merges
• Setting up automated programs
• A/B testing
• Providing reporting on programs and campaigns
• Develop and scale marketing automation processes to support HR-focused client programs

What you bring:

• 3 - 5 years of Salesforce, Database Augmentation/Hygiene, Lead Scoring for a high-tech company (REQUIRED)
• Experienced using Eloqua and Poppulo marketing automation platform (A PLUS)
• Airtable or project management tools alike (A PLUS)
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency
• Ability to formulate analyses independently, to transform data into actionable information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS for custom email and landing page builds
• Well-versed with Excel
• A strong understanding of marketing automation best practices
• You work well with client stakeholders, sharing information and best practices with your counterparts
• You are a process driven thinker and comfortable with analysis and metrics
• You take ownership of the result and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it
• You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty
• You are fun to work with, and assume the best intentions with your colleagues and partners
• BS/BA degree in a related field
