You'll work alongside the Operations Manager and Boutique Management, continuously upholding CHANEL's craftsmanship standards and client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all alterations respect the original style and proportions
- Conduct fittings in various client contexts, including remote
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and diplomacy
- Partner with Fashion Advisors to enhance fitting experiences
- Train Tailors on CHANEL techniques and standards
Requirements
- Degree in sewing, tailoring, or alterations
- 6-7 years in luxury tailoring experience
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
- Experience in team leadership and coaching
- Fluent in English; additional language is an asset
