Superintendent in Vancouver

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: 5 years of Superintendent experience with a full scope general contractor not self performing developer
• Commercial and institutional experience
• Wood-frame expertise
• Strong in scheduling, forecasting, building code, jurisdiction code
• Highly proficient in technology (all of our systems are digital) including MS Project

Compensation

• Assistant Superintendent I/II: $92,000 to $102,000
• Superintendent I/II/III: $112,200.00 to $150,000.00

The base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we'll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
