Qualifications
Two or more years of commercial/institutional construction estimating experience.
Experience with a general contractor and exposure to multiple building scopes.
Strong ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Comfortable with take-offs, trade pricing, bid analysis, and estimate preparation.
Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating software.
Organized and able to perform under tight deadlines.
Collaborative, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.
Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into increasingly complex estimates.
